The course assists students to understand management processes in organisations in the private and public sectors. Students acquire a deeper knowledge of theoretical, conceptual and ethical issues applying to business processes, including completion of a research component. They are able to analyse, evaluate and justify business processes in a changing environment. The course seeks to give students the opportunity to develop these attributes to a greater depth and breadth. The extended course structure allows students to choose to study over a broad range of business administration.

Applicants must have an overall academic IELTS of 6.5 (with an individual score of 6.0 for all tests) as well as a Bachelor degree in any discipline; or at least two (2) years professional experience in management/ leadership positions.

This campus is located on the outer fringe of Melbourne's Central Business District (CBD). It is a short walk to the popular retail strips of Brunswick Street and Smith Street with their variety of cafes, shops and art galleries. A lot of Melbourne's finest parks, gardens and recreational facilities are also situated near the campus. The main campus is a multi-storey complex that has been renovated to provide students with facilities like a state-of-the-art computer laboratory and an art gallery.

This campus is conveniently located in the North Sydney business precinct and is just a five-minute train ride over the famous Sydney Harbour Bridge from the Sydney city centre. There are about 1400 students and 150 staff living on campus, who have access to the quality teaching facilities, computer laboratories, canteen, recreation room, library, simulated nursing laboratories and science laboratories and bookshop. Other on-campus facilities include a student centre for academic and administrative support and a campus ministry.
