Arguably the best uni in Australia. However that claim is sometimes just overly hyped. Don’t get me wrong, it is fantastic to study here but it still leaves something to be desired.

You will need to really score well to get in. But if you’ve missed the cut-off by a little, don’t worry too much you’d still have the opportunity to get in. Just speak to your study counselor as that is sometimes a way of still eeking in.

One thing you’ll find about studying here is the short contact hours. However, you are still granted access to the lecturers remotely so that still helps. But you’ll get the feeling that you’ll be required to really put in the extra effort to succeed here.

Living here allows you to really side track allot so it’s really important that you stay focus. Its very easy to get caught up in all that Melbourne has to offer all hours of the day. Part time work is definitely available. You just need to look.

Yes definitely. All the top companies usually come to the universities for career fairs. That really gives you an opportunity through the university’s prestige.
